This dynamic class blends the foundations of static pole with the exhilarating momentum of flying pole, giving you the best of both worlds. With a mix of floor-to-ceiling static poles and rigged aerial flying poles, you'll explore a wide range of techniques across both apparatuses.

Each session includes:

✨ Warm-up & Pole Conditioning – Focused mobility, strength, and core activation to prep your body for safe, controlled movement.

✨ Static Pole Technique – Learn climbs, spins, seats, transitions, and inversions, with variations provided based on your level. Beginners will focus on clean technique and grip, while more experienced students can work on combos, fluid transitions, and more advanced tricks.

✨ Flying Pole Fundamentals – Develop aerial awareness as we introduce swinging, spinning, and momentum-based movement on the flying pole. Beginners will work from the ground and low swings; advanced students can explore aerial entries, dynamic transitions, and release moves.

✨ Creative Exploration or Combos – Time to bring it all together in short sequences or guided creative play, depending on the week.

✨ Cool down & Mobility – End with guided stretching and active recovery.

This is a mixed-level class, so all exercises and tricks are broken down with progressions and regressions to meet you where you're at. Whether you're just starting out or working toward complex aerial combos, you’ll be supported, challenged, and celebrated.
