In this foundation class, you'll master essential techniques, including: 


  • Proper shoulder and core engagement

  • Strong, safe leg lifts using core Fundamental positions (pike, straddle, and invert) 

  • Basic climbs and hip locks 

  • Apparatus-specific fundamental

Absolute Beginners 

(Moves and Sequences)

Wednesday Evenings, 7:45-9:00 PM

  • Build build upon your technical foundation 

  • Learn to link moves together 

  • Develop flow and artistic expression 

  • Gain confidence in your abilities
