About the Workshop
Come fly with Aisling at her first workshop back after a year of pregnancy and maternity leave! This workshop will feature all the greatest hits - twisted Spins, flares, lasoo's and original choreography. Students should be comfortable inverting to the top bar of the hoop and have a degree of comfort with spinning (crystallized ginger and other nausea cures are recommended!)
