For intermediate practitioners, the class includes fun and confidence-boosting somersaults from the hammock, encouraging a sense of playfulness and adventure.
Each session ends with a blissful 8-minute mindfulness meditation while lying cocooned in the open hammock, leaving you relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated.
